Ricca Sposa is a Ukrainian brand specializing in bridal and evening wear, founded by the sole designer Julia Lobachova. The company has been in existence for 12 years, creating four collections of exclusive dresses per year to meet the desires of the most demanding brides worldwide.

Translated, Ricca Sposa means “wealthy bride.” For us, a Ricca Sposa is a bride who stands out with her inner beauty, intelligence, and feminine strength. She is guided by moral principles and remains true to her values, knowing what she wants and pursuing it without hesitation.

The journey of our brand began 12 years ago with a dream. Despite tirelessly searching through countless wedding gowns, I couldn’t find the perfect dress for my big day. I was dreaming about something truly special and unique. It was then that I made the decision to establish my own production and create a brand that would be unrivaled in its elegance and sophistication. The brand was an instant success within Ukraine, and after being presented at international bridal shows, Rica Sposa rapidly became a beloved global brand.

Creating each dress for me is like chasing a new dream, someone’s dream, a dress which will be the one for the bride.

    • 2017

      • In 2017, an official first flagship store was opened in Kansas City, USA, which marked the start of Ricca Sposa conquering the US.

    • 2019

      • In 2019, the brand significantly expanded and embarked on a new chapter, introducing the Love by Rica Sposa line, which showcased more classic silhouettes and light designs.

    • 2022

      • In 2022, the brand launched another line, Rica Sposa Atelier, renowned for its elegant and minimalist collections crafted from silk, satin, and atlas, adorned with impeccable cut and handcrafted embroidery.

    At present, the brand has representations in over 55 countries including the US, China, Italy, and Germany.

    In 2020, During the COVID pandemic, the brand’s factory sewed masks and protective suits for the medical staff.

    In 2022, during the war, the brand reorganized its production and supported the families of all employees and fulfilled all obligations to its customers in an extremely challenging time for the country. Additionally, the company started providing humanitarian aid to residents of its region and donating a percentage of profits to help our army.
